Shop Shahar is an online marketplace. Sellers list products, customers order them, and delivery riders bring them to the door. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the app or the website, why we collect it, who it is disclosed to, and how you can have it deleted.
We only collect information you give us, plus one identifier the app generates for itself. We do not collect anything in the background.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. When you place an order, some details are passed to the people who have to fulfil it — this is the point of ordering, and only the minimum is passed:
Your account information is kept while your account is open. When you delete your account (see below) we destroy your addresses, basket, saved items, notification tokens and support messages, and we remove your name, phone number and email address from your account record.
Records of orders you have already placed are kept after deletion. We are required to retain transaction records for accounting and tax purposes, and a seller's payment history cannot be unpicked because a buyer closed their account. These records include the delivery details captured at the time of the order, and they are no longer connected to a usable account. Any product reviews you wrote stay on the product with the author shown as a deleted user.
Shop Shahar is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change what we collect or who it is disclosed to, we will update this page and the date at the top, and update our Google Play Data safety declaration to match.
